The office building is located near the World Trade Center "Interpred" - Dianabad district, Sofia.

It is composed of two building sections linked with a central connection unit. The creative design solution in this case applies a concept in which instead of a ground floor, the building is raised on columns and the space below the buildingsis designed for a parking lot for visitors.The employees use the underground parking.

The overall perception of the building,in terms of shape, color solutions and functionality,has been developed as a modern architectural solution for a building of this category.
