The office building is located near the World Trade Center "Interpred" - Dianabad district, Sofia.

It is composed of two building sections linked with a central connection unit. The creative design solution in this case applies a concept in which instead of a ground floor, the building is raised on columns and the space below the buildingsis designed for a parking lot for visitors.The employees use the underground parking.

The overall perception of the building,in terms of shape, color solutions and functionality,has been developed as a modern architectural solution for a building of this category.

This project offers a dynamic building with a picturesque silhouette, located close to the Ring Road.The building is a 3-storey building with elevation + 10.00 m.

The architectural design in terms of volume solution, is achieved by a concept thatplaces the building to fit into the street environment and gives the street an entirely completed vision. The design of the facade is developed in simple forms in order a spatial visual impactto be achieved. The building is reinforced by application of modern construction materials. A passenger lift and staircase are designed to provide a vertical link,connecting the floors. The lift meets all requirements for disabled persons according to Regulation No.6. The types of zones and levels in the building are: a basement with underground garages, a ground floor with shops, two office floors, aterraced top floor with offices.

The overall architectural solution has achieved an excellent balance betweenthe external expression andthe internal organization of the building, in terms of a contemporary visionand requirements.
