The design of the building corresponds to the hilly nature of the area. It follows the north-south axis. This single-family house, facing south-west direction, is nestled at the foot of a hill. What makes it really attractive is the spacious yard and the beautiful panoramic view of the western slopes of the hill. The aim of the design solution of the house is achieving a feeling of tranquil environment and visual unobtrusiveness of the shapes. This is why any heavy volumes are avoided, and each facade is shaped with clear details, panoramic windows and natural materials.

The building is developed on two levels. On the ground floor are positioned: a kitchenette and a dining room where the architectural and space concept is realized via an open plan area which provides access to a living room with a fireplace and a spacious terrace at the level of the terrain. The kitchenette has a laundry room and a staircase leading to the upper floor on which are located three bedrooms (two of them have access to a large covered terrace) and two bathrooms.

On the plot there is a boiler room with a separate entrance and access from the north facade. There are also two open parking spaces and a firewood storage niche.
